Why NEOM registration matters
NEOM and its regions and sectors procure construction, engineering, technology, logistics, hospitality and services on a very large scale. Tender invitations and purchase orders are sent only to suppliers registered in NEOM’s system.
Step by step
- Respond to NEOM’s registration invitation, or start from NEOM’s supplier page.
- Create (or sign in to) your company account on the SAP Ariba Network.
- Open Proposals and Questionnaires and select NEOM’s supplier registration questionnaire.
- Answer every section and upload the requested documents.
- Download and acknowledge NEOM’s supplier code of conduct and accept the confidentiality agreement.
- Submit; to change an answer later, use Revise response and submit the entire response again.
Documents to prepare
- CR, Chamber of Commerce, Zakat, VAT, GOSI and Nitaqat certificates
- Bank letter in the company’s exact name
- Company profile with relevant project references
- Financial statements
- ISO, HSE and quality documentation
- For joint ventures: the JV agreement and each partner’s documents, since JVs often have no CR of their own
Tips for giga-project suppliers
- Each giga project (NEOM, Red Sea Global, Qiddiya, ROSHN, Diriyah) has its own registration. Prepare one master pack and adapt it.
- Show Saudi presence and local content: local team, local suppliers, Saudization.
- HSE matters: have an HSE manual, statistics and certificates ready.
- If the portal misbehaves, NEOM suggests clearing your browser cache and cookies.
